The scope of the renovation was the transformation of an abandoned space in the centre of Glyfada into two luxurious and inviting apartments that embody the charm of the Athenian Riviera, while providing the comfort of home to the company’s guests
The construction team used timeless materials and noble shades to create a sophisticated atmosphere that appeals to guests seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Each apartment features master bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and the finest details, with a design concept that combines modern city life with the refreshing sea breeze of the location.
The penthouse, which boasts breath-taking sea views, has its own terrace with sitting area and jacuzzi. The project is based on a sustainable plan that aligns with the company’s commitment to responsible and eco-friendly practices.
The second-floor apartment is a masterpiece of minimalist luxury. It comprises two beautifully appointed bedrooms and a spacious living room that seamlessly connects to a balcony adorned with a barbecue area and sunbeds
Our main objective with both apartments was to provide guests with an authentic Athenian Riviera experience, where they can immerse themselves in the laid-back coastal lifestyle.
Every aspect of the construction was carefully considered to create a space that exudes luxury while embracing a minimalistic aesthetic as they have been designed with short-term high-end rental clients in mind.
