The scope of this renovation project was the transformation of an old office space located in a shopping mall in the centre of Glyfada into two luxurious suites that are being rented out for short-term stays of high-end business guests and a prestigious office.
The project involves a complete overhaul of the existing space with the greater aim to create three separate units.
The renovation includes premium finishes and high-end fixtures throughout the properties to provide guests with a luxurious and comfortable stay.
The project, also required modifications to the existing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to accommodate the new layout and features. The end-result are two unique and sophisticated suites that are sure to attract discerning travellers seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay in the heart of Glyfada.
